Myisha Hoyle is a proud native of Catawba County, NC and lives to serve her community and church. She moved to Charlotte in 2010 to pursue her Undergrad and Graduate degrees in accounting. As a financial consultant, she helped local and nationally known construction organizations grow their businesses for year over year growth and community impact.

As a leader, she understands the importance of always learning and growing as an individual, leading with integrity, trust and sharing life experiences to help others achieve their goals and dreams.

After years of helping businesses achieve year over year growth, she shifted her focus to the people of her community.  With her financial accounting background and knack for teaching and helping others, she teaches financial literacy classes in her community and those who want to become home buyers. She also offers tools for first time home buyers or individuals looking to position themselves for pre-approval.

She is a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina. Her area of expertise includes waterfront, golf course and investment properties. She consults discerning home buyers and sellers to understand their needs, financials and abilities, market analysis, home staging, property advertising, open houses, listing services, negotiation, disclosures, fiduciary duties, and more.
